Twenty-Seventh Amendment

No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.
The 27th Amendment meant that Congress can give themselves a raise. James Madison in 1789 grandfathered three years later. It is the most recent amendment to the United States Constitution, having been ratified in 1992, more than 202 years after its initial submission in 1789.
"The bicameral way of law cannot be changed without the consent of both sides of the legislature." It took 200 years to pass this amendment.

I chose this guy again because I think he does a good job on a lot of the Amendments by explaining them very clearly.  He really helped me better understand the Amendments thats for sure.
